351 Balsamskara Kendras and Coaching Centers are also run at various places. A big voluntary effort by people drawn from all walks of life is behind the Project. The working parents (mostly slum dwellers, tribals and labourers) cannot pay the required attention to their Children and those Children attending Schools donot get the quality education. Seva Bharathi motivates them towards literacy and counseld them to study better with techniques to personality development. Imparting Awareness in Health and hygiene as well as Samskaram is the most striking feature of Seva Bharathi where we stand different from others.
The
children in the Slums many a time are deprived of the
basic things of childhood. The todays Mechanised life
has robbed the children of their innocence, creative
games and such activities.Sevabharati in an effort to
promote this small activity of learning through games
and recitations (NO BOOKS) has been running 300 Balasamskara
kendras.
Volunteers of the locality take up Reciting Shlokas
and Such rhymes that can make learning a fun. Games
that can both be entertaining and learning.
