Beside the regular functioning of the Hospital this health center conducts medical camps and special camps both in & around the place. There is a tradition of spreading awareness regarding health and community health. Till date 20 community health workers have been trained.

Another effort worth mention is T.B eradication. A scientific study has been conducted and 185 T.B patients detected and also are being treated.

On an average 3,000 patients from rural areas as far as 35-50Km benfit every month.

The health center has consultative services of the top medical team in the state.
