2005 Meeting with Dr.GN Rao Founder Director LV Prasad Eye Institute, Hyderabad Mr Kasinath, Sri Aekka Chandrasekharji ( Organising Secretary- Sevabharati), Smt K Rohinirao( Community Services Department, State Bank of Hyderabad) and Mr.Jachin(Administrator, ICare ) met Dr.GNRao in his office at 4pm.

He agreed to train Sevabharati volunteers isn Blindness prevention activity, render their services to benificieries Of Sevabharati services and train the inmates of Hostels run by SB in Optometry.

Mrs Rohini rao, proposed that SBH also involves in the acivities of LVPEI and asked Jachin to send a proposal by courier. She asked manonetra to submit proposal for the consideration by their management.

Mr.Rao said he had avision to eradicate avoidable blindness by 2010 in AP State. As the head of worldwide blidness prevention program he said he needed 2 billion dollars in the next 5 years. he values donations worth Rs5 also. Nice to find a visionary among us.

Sekharji has committed the support of Sevabharati for the cause.

Mr Kasinath has to present manonetra activities on 26th march baithak (meeting of Sevabharati)

Mr Kasinath requested Dr.Gogte to submit the proposal by 18th March to SBH. Mr.R Srinivas , Manonetra called me and told me he was going out of station and will go to DUS hostel on Monday and Mr Kasinath should convey the same to students
