This is a story of a little boy named Anil from Machiryal district, Telangana. Anil loved playing games with neighborhood children and often won at high jump. His mother always dreamt of him winning competitions on a big stage and sharing the joy. However, their village faced economic hardships, social challenges, and a lack of basic resources. Even the children in the village were forced to drop out of school.
But, little did Anil knew that his dream would be fulfilled. Ekalavya Ashramam by Seva Bharathi Telangana played a crucial role by identifying Anil’s talent, providing him with quality education, and helping him reach his sports goals. The Ashramam provided him proper training, essential resources and motivated him to become his best self. Coaches and mentors were arranged to enhance his potential.
Finally, through Anil’s hard work and the support of Ekalavya Ashramam, he achieved his goals. His talent was recognized nationally, and he was selected for the high jump event in the National Athletics Competition. He started winning medals and made his mother proud with happiness. His success was celebrated throughout the Ashramam and Manchiryal.
Anil is now studying in eight grade at Ekalavya Ashramam and continues to win medals and inspire others in his village.
